Saturday, October 25th, 2008

This Christmas season, kids will not stand in line waiting to get their picture taken with Santa at Houston Premium Outlets. Instead, their parents will happily roam the mall with them while they wait, shopping and dining, and get a call on their cell phones from QLess when their turn to Ho Ho Ho arrives. After all, the most recognizable face in the world wants to see the children smiling for the photo.Santa will be the first to use the new QLess Teleprompter –he will never forget your kid’s name again.

“This is pretty cool…” 5 stars for The Boiling Crab and QLess

Sunday, October 5th, 2008

Customers at The Boiling Crab are already giving QLess some great reviewsEddie C. from Cerritos writes in his 5-star review:

“You have to give them your phone number when you check in, so that they will call you and let you know when your table is ready.  This is pretty cool, since it allows you time to shop at the local stores around there, and not worry about missing your name called out.”

Not an insignificant change given that the last review before The Boiling Crab went QLess on 9/24 said “Hate the wait”.

Eliminating your customers’ fear of being forgotten, and giving them the freedom to wait how and where they choose are just a couple of the many benefits that QLess can bring to your restaurant!
