Special thanks in order

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

This post is to extend a special thank you to six people who have been extremely helpful to abInventio in these early days. People who have always given everything without asking for anything in return. People so entrepreneurial that they were able to visualize our success before there was a we. People whose help extends way beyond their ‘job description’: who have us in mind every and anytime they meet someone who could be of help. People who spontaneously make things happen. I am talking of our corporate attorney, Jeff Suto, of our accountant, Jim Walters, who heads K&A, of our advisors, Brad Ball of Moroch and Robert Fisher, of our recruiter, Greg Buechler, and of our investor, Tom Mitchell. To them, our sincerest and heartfelt thanks. We hope to always have the good fortune of working with you.

Request an invitation to Whozat? WhozatMe!

Saturday, October 20th, 2007

An invitation from the Whozat? team: Great news! Whozat? has improved Whozat?’s speed and they have added a cool new feature called WhozatMe!

WhozatMe! puts you in the driving seat. With WhozatMe, you can edit, add, delete, reorder search results, tags and pictures, in order to create and save a WhozatMe profile for the person you searched. Creating a Whozat profile is easy, because Whozat pre-populates the profiles with everything Whozat finds for the person you searched for. With WhozatMe, however, you are in control.colormedium_001.jpg

WhozatMe profiles are available to the whole community of users: when someone searches for a person for whom a user-generated profile exists, he/she will be offered the opportunity to check it out, in addition to the usual Whozat-generated search results.

Please bear in mind that this is a Private Beta version: Whozat is mainly testing their functionalities and are experimenting with new features, even if they are not yet perfect. A major improvement to speed and the user interface is on its way, so please be patient while they are working on improving your Whozat experience.
